Accountabilities 主要工作職責(zé) Confirm the marketing project’s purchasing contract with HQ Marketing team. 與市場部供應(yīng)商確認(rèn)市場類活動的合同信息。 Complete the POA information base on contract’s info, and confirm with relevant marketing project owner. 根據(jù)合同信息填寫POA信息模板，并及時與相應(yīng)的市場部品牌經(jīng)理確認(rèn)相關(guān)信息。 Create the POA in BPM system, collect the goods receipt evidence and confirm with project manager on goods receipt. 在BPM系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)建POA，收集供應(yīng)商的收獲憑證，并與市場部品牌經(jīng)理確認(rèn)并進(jìn)行收貨。 Create the PO inside SAP for the foreign currency contract. 對于外幣合同，需要在SAP中創(chuàng)建PO申請。 Ensure the consistency and alignment of VPO Pillar standard in plants.保證VPO支柱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在工廠間的一致性和符合性。 Check vendor’s invoice info, and initiate the payment process inside BPM. 確認(rèn)供應(yīng)商發(fā)票信息，并在系統(tǒng)中發(fā)起付款。 Prepare POA status report base on the BPM system info, follow up with HQ Marketing team project owners on the POAs that have risks.根據(jù)收到的采購合同和系統(tǒng)中POA的信息，制作POA狀態(tài)匯總分析報表，對于有風(fēng)險的POA進(jìn)行及時的跟進(jìn)。 Provide routine and ad hoc data analysis to support the decision making. 提供常規(guī)和臨時報表以支持決策. 4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required 崗位所需的資質(zhì)和技術(shù)能力要求 Education 教育背景: 1. Minimum bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related area 大學(xué)市場營銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上 English 英語水平: 1. Effective oral and written communication skills 具備良好的英語溝通和讀寫能力。 Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn): 1. 2 years’ experience on FMCG industry 2年以上的快消行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn) 2. Experience on business or IT project is a plus 業(yè)務(wù)或IT項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮 3.
